Shipping and Returns Policy
Clothing and Home Goods: Items are produced or custom printed order by order. We have a turnaround time of 5-7 days or less during non eventful times of the year and 8-12 days during eventful times.
Example of eventful times is when a large majority of the country is placing orders at the same time for similar reasons such major Holidays, particularly Christmas, New Years, Mother and Father's Day. Another eventful time may be a promoted event run by our page that has a clear start and end date that would produce a large amount of sales in a small amount of time. We generally run these events for organizations and the extended production is noted as a reminder within the event. Items are shipped via USPS
Books for Book Fairs: Books generally arrive within 14 days or sooner with most arriving in less than a week. They ship via FedEx
Clothing and Home Goods:
Since the customer has complete control over what size, color and design the choose on the site and each order is custom made to what they have selected, returns are not accepted nor will items be refunded on the basis of disliking the fit, color or design. We do not stock inventory, all products are made to order. Exchanges are considered if product arrives damaged but proof must be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "DAMAGED ITEM" within 24 hours of delivery via the tracking number. We require a picture for proof of manufacture or design error. We will respond to your email within 48 hours with our decision Again, we will not issues returns or exchanges for a product that does not fit as expected. Every brand fits a little different, if you have sizing questions please reach out before the sale so we can help you choose the right size for your body type. We require this time frame to eliminate and discourage fraudulent returns, we understand damages happen, we simply want to weed out real exchanges from fraudulent ones. Product will be replaced if damage due to manufacturing process or the postal service is found to be negligent. A store credit can also be issued, whichever suits the customer best.
Books: Since our books are sold through UsBorne, we follow their return policy as follows: "We accept exchanges or refunds for up to 30 days after your purchase. After the 30 days has expired, we only accept merchandise for ½ price replacement. Lifetime ½ Price Replacement Policy: Customers may return damaged or defective product to us, and we will replace it for ½ price plus a $6.00 handling fee for the lifetime of the customer. Even if the dog chews it up, we will replace it at half the cost plus shipping!"
